We now have an opportunity for an energetic, personable and ambitious individual to join our busy team and help us to maintain and grow our business.

The role is initially extremely varied and wide ranging, including:
• maintenance and support of production systems and applications
• administering the BACS bureau services
• providing admin services to the development team
• managing scheduled and adhoc data import / export routines
• providing help desk support services

It will give you plenty of opportunities to get involved in the development and enhancement of our product and service offerings with a view to specialising in a specific area in due course.

The position will suit a recent graduate or similar now looking for a first role you can make your own. Alternatively you may have 12 months or more experience within an IT based role and now looking to further develop your skills and expand your knowledge base. Some prior experience of SQL and / or Microsoft Access in particular would be advantageous. Either way you will have a demonstrable interest and aptitude for IT. Training can be provided for the right candidate if necessary.

The post involves substantial Client, supplier and other third party contact so excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should also be confident, able to manage your own workload and be prepared to contribute your ideas and views.

The position is based in our offices at the Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne. Starting salary between £15k to £22k, is dependent on age and experience. Driving licence would be useful.
