This is an exciting time to join this company, as they are looking to expand their team. They are looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator with excellent coordination and project management skills

This is an excellent opportunity to join this buzzy, lively and professional company, as it opens its 2nd office and in the heart of Cannon Street.

The company create marketing campaigns & have a refreshing, innovative approach to this industry; forward thinking and very service led; with an envious and impressive portfolio of clients.

The company is growing at a dramatic rate; led by a dynamic partnership who have great expertise in this market.

Admin:
- Office duties for the new office; setting up new systems and managing office
- You will be given full training on the systems the company uses so you are able to manage all the processes for the office and marketing

Marketing:
- Liaison with new and existing clients; discussing their campaign requirements
- Taking them through campaign process
- Using in house software (training given) to set up campaign
- Inputting of data to ensure data is accurate
- Multi project/campaign management
- Producing reports for management and clients
- Build and nurture and develop key relationships

Skills / Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken;
- Multi project management/project admin skills
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills
- Can communicate effectively to all levels of personnel
- Report generation skills; ability to look at results and offer opinions
- Confident liaising with new and existing contacts
- Nurturing personality
- Excellent IT skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and learning new software
- Ability to identify new clients and upsell
- Explore new business leads
- Hardworking ethic, determined to succeed, results driven and positive outlook
- Team player
- Accountable, confident decision maker
