All Seasons is focused on building on our existing services, delivered currently in Thanet and Canterbury, and developing new opportunities to work more closely with partners in the care, voluntary, and health sectors across East Kent. We’re developing our 5 year strategy, focusing on innovation in the community care sector and strong employee engagement.

We are now recruiting a new Managing Director position to lead the strategic performance of the company. Reporting to the Chair, this post will focus on business development and growth, in addition to providing effective leadership and accountability for all company activity, delivering strategic objectives.

This role is pivotal to our future success, and your leadership skills and your person-centred approach will be critical to effective service development and delivery.

The role:

- Lead the development and implementation of annual business targets, ensuring linkage to the organisational 5 year strategic plan
- Provide visible, inspirational leadership to staff throughout the organisation, supporting with innovation in recruitment and retention
- Provide excellent customer service for all our clients and stakeholders
- Support and develop the Senior Management Team and Registered Manager, to meet new growth opportunities and challenges
- Nominated Individual for the service, with overall responsibility to the CQC
- Responsible for developing services with the local Clinical Commissioning Groups, local authorities and voluntary sector
- Support the Registered Manager and Quality Assurance teams in working towards an “Outstanding” CQC rating

About you
- Comprehensive understanding of the community care and health sectors
- Demonstrable track record of leading and managing similar successful operations
- Strong leadership presence, strategic and financial planning and acumen, evidence of delivery with decisiveness and accountability
- Excellent communication skills, able to inspire trust and build relationships with commissioners at a senior strategic level in social services and health
- Excellent contract management and negotiation skills
