We are a passionate marketing agency specialising in the business tourism industry. Our key services include looking after our clients’ SEO & PPC campaigns; media planning & buying, social media strategies, copywriting, PR and ensuring all elements are integrated. We’re looking for someone to work across our entire portfolio of clients in a broad range of capacities but with a strong passion/knowledge for the technical side.

You will be enthusiastic, personable and professional and have a great deal of confidence, alongside the MD or Account Director, to work with clients, from informal conversations all the way up to formal presentations. You will be given the tools to be brilliant at your job whether it’s training from your colleagues, online or physical courses. Half a day a week will be dedicated to self-learning and you’ll be sent on best in class external training sessions.

Our growth is impressive (50% year on year) and last year we won three awards and have been nominated for another this year.

We have ambitious plans to double the size of the business over the next three years and need exceptional people to help realise that target.

Your day-to- day role

Your time will approximately be divided into: 10% media buying, 15% social media & copy writing 45% SEO and PPC work, 10% reporting, 10% meetings. Training 10%

What does the day-to-day role look like?

Strategy (alongside MD/AD)

• Strategically integrate all elements of our client’s marketing campaigns
• Be our clients’ first point of contact
• Be aware of all client activity and relevant industry days
• Ensure all activity is working together harmoniously


Media buying

• Liaising with clients and publishers to secure and execute print, digital and event marketing campaigns.
• Analyse and recommend opportunities for our clients
SEO and click based advertising
A big focus of your time will be on SEO and PPC
• Tom is going to devise a two month plan before he leaves which you’ll be able to implement
• Develop and implement SEO & PPC strategies (existing or new).
• Conduct in-depth technical audits where necessary

• Keeping clients updated on the status of agreed SEO deliverables and industry standard
• Understand the role search marketing plays in overarching, multi-channel campaigns alongside business objectives and KPI's
• Utilise proprietary and third party industry reporting, analysis and insight tools
• Innovate across all aspects of SEO, from technical, through to on-site and outreach
• Monitoring, optimizing and reporting on PPC campaigns

Social media

• Running clients’ social media campaigns from conception through to execution
• Write social content and blog posts
• Come up with creative campaign ideas for clients
• Lead on strategy and reporting

Reporting

• Compiling monthly and quarterly performance reports and analysing the results for your clients.
• Meetings
• With the MD/AD attend client meetings to discuss and present results and future campaigns. You’ll also be attending industry day and evening events throughout the year.
