Job title: Deviation Investigator - 6 Months FTC
Location: Queenborough, Kent, ME11 5EL
Aesica Pharmaceuticals are looking for a meticulous, organised and pragmatic Deviation Investigator to join our Manufacturing department on 6 months fixed term contract.
About the role
The purpose of the role is to proactively minimise future compliance issues and maximise manufacturing potential by leading continuous improvement activities and effectively managing the Deviation and CAPA process.
Accountabilities
• Ensure investigations are carried out in a timely manner using appropriate problem solving tools and methodologies.
• Implement effective CAPAs by putting in place 100 year fixes and minimize repeat deviations
• Lead the improvement projects
• Develop and deploy effective processes to ensure compliance
• Ensures personnel are regularly briefed on deviations and CAPAs. This communication is consistent and effective.
• Highlights any foreseeable issues to the management.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in manufacturing is essential.
• Attention to written detail and accuracy of documentation
• Ability to effectively communicate across the business (from operator to site director)
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding improvements, deviations and complaints.
• Ability to facilitate the use of problem solving tools and coach others.
• Ability to challenge others (day to day and the status quo).
• Ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
