Go Resource are currently looking to recruit a Customer Planning Coordinator at the HQ of Go Resource Group based in Rochester in Kent.



The role will require you to look after multiple customers that have requirements for temporary staffing requirements at their sites throughout the Kent location in the South East .



Ideally this would suit a candidate with planning and or recruitment experience , customer focused with the ability to speak with both candidates and customer on a daily basis both face to face and over the phone so confidence in this role is of the utmost importance.



You will be required to have a flexible approach to working hours as on occasion you will be required to attend a client site for staff inductions or client assistance outside of normal working hours , may involve occasional evening and weekend support



To be considered for this role you must be a driver with own vehicle as you will be required to go to client sites on occasion , mileage will be expensed back to the business.

The role will involve :



Advertising and Candidate Attraction



Planning of Temporary bookings with multiple clients



Data Entry



Customer and Candidate Contact daily



Taking incoming calls coming into the branch



Using Microsoft Office so must be PC literate especially Excel
