Job title: Multi-Skilled Engineer

Aesica Pharmaceuticals have an exciting position for an adaptable and flexible Multi Skilled Engineer to join HCMF department in Queenborough, Kent.

About the role

Your role will be to provide a full engineering service to the HCMF department, which encompass: Calibrations – Planned Maintenance – Fault Rectification – Root Cause Analysis – Installation / Commission – Engineering Improvements – De-commissioning.

Accountabilities

• Prioritise and carry out engineering work as required by the client’s to ensure that the plant / equipment is available to meet the
manufacturing standard and achieves the KPI’s for the production department.
• Resolve manufacturing instrumentation and electrical problems in the HCMF facility when requested, using engineering fault diagnostic
skills to minimise down time and increase plant output.
• Work as an individual and as part of the Engineering Team to carry out effective communication – handovers – training – instruction.


Requirements:

• NVQ 3 (or equivalent). Fully skilled in core engineering skill but not in second skill set
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Good team working skills
• Knowledge of GMP regulations would be desirable
