Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Salary: Negotiable/TBC
Hours: Working a 5 day week (Monday to Sunday as required which will include evenings and weekends).
Main Accountabilites:
• Ensuring that all stocktaking/company audits are carried out accurately and carried out in line with company policy including H&S guidelines.
• Recruiting, managing & developing the team in a way that ensures a high level of multi skilled employees
• Implementing any actions with regard to the company disciplinary (e.g. cash shortages) and grievance procedures as directed by the GM and in conjunction with the HR department.
Experience:
Essential:
• Degree level qualification in Hospitality or relevant managerial experience
• Management experience in a similar role
• In depth industry knowledge including current trends, relevant legislation, best practice etc.
• Knowledge of Employee Relations best practice
Preferred:
• It is preferred if the role holder is working towards or has obtained a Personal Licence.
• Working knowledge of food and drink within the leisure environment
