We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to join our hard working and friendly team. You will be based in Orpington and will be taking over a very busy desk so previous experience of running a temp desk is essential, although we will consider applicants from sectors outside of education.

The current consultant is going on maternity so there will be time for a detailed hand over to ensure you are supported in taking over her client schools and candidates. We specialise in recruiting support staff for mainstream and SEN schools, our clients have high expectations and so you will need to have a positive attitude and be highly organised.

We are a rapidly growing business currently covering Kent and South East London and need a consultant to help move us forward as we expand. You will need to be hardworking, honest and resilient. In return you will receive a competitive salary with a very generous commission structure and weekly incentives.
