Gomez is one of the largest and best known produce companies in the country, supplying major supermarket, wholesale, c-store and foodservices sectors.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be at the heart of the packaging and artwork design at Gomez. You will be responsible for proactively working with the Design and Marketing Manager on a variety of creative projects.

This role is responsible for packaging artwork across all Gomez fresh produce lines. This would include existing, redesign and new artwork. This will involve liaising with various departments within Gomez and with external customers, artwork houses, printers and packaging suppliers.

You will be a creative, organised and adaptable team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail you will be able to learn and build relationships quickly taking ownership from day one.

Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Graphic Design Qualification or equivalent
- Project management experience including planning, time management and administration skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage/communicate with various stakeholders at different levels
- Previous experience in taking an active part in client meetings and communications
- Proficient in the use of Graphic Design software including Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop. As well as Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

Desirable Criteria:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Event management experience
- Experience in presenting and/or running meetings/training

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm, flexible to meet the needs of the business. This may include occasional weekend working.
