FM Conway are currently recruiting for an experienced Solicitor to join our In-House Legal department. This role will be based in our beautiful, modern offices in Sevenoaks, where you will be entitled to an onsite restaurant plus free 24 hour use of a gym.
The In House Solicitor Role
As our In House Solicitor you will be responsible for heading up the Legal Services team, made up of Paralegals an Insurance Manager and Support Staff. Other duties will include:
• Undertaking contract reviews, drafting contracts and collateral warranties.
• Advising on litigious issues, issuing and defending proceedings, drafting pleadings and preparing for hearings.
• Corporate and Property Acquisitions
• Supporting the insurance team
• Reporting to the board and Head of Internal Investigations
