I have just taken on a fantastic new role with a fantastic company who have over 100 years within their sector! My client are medium-sized company who operate throughout with the South East with a number of highly modern and sophisticated offices.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Tunbridge Wells branch due to internal progression, as a result my client are seeking a new Business Analyst to join their high functioning and expanding team, located in central Tunbridge Wells.

The role will entail:

• Mapping, re-engineering and implementing business processes.
• Conducting workshops to understand user requirements.
• Design and customisation of the internal system.
• Undertaken process trials and implementation.
• Ensure tasks are tightly scheduled with the appropriate resources.
• Manage user’s requirements and expectations.
• Undertake training and creating documentation for users.

This role is suitable for candidates with business analyst or operations experience; additionally if you are technically minded then this could be the role for you!
