Your new role
You will be intrinsic to the successful roll-out of new finance systems across the business, working with finance and non-financial managers to coordinate the implementation, development and training for the system. You will act as a business partner to core finance teams to develop suitable reporting dashboards on the new system to ensure the most efficient use of the software, as well as advising and guiding the technical consultants on the implantation so the package is moulded to business need.
Once the package is operating in line with business need, you will deliver regular training sessions to all relevant stakeholders to up-skill on the new system, as well as continuing to develop the system to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies within the software. You will create a training manual which clearly and concisely captures all core features of the system, and manage the recruitment and training of new staff to continue to maintain and develop the system once your task is complete.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you must demonstrate some of the following;
1) Qualified Accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA)
2) Recent exposure to systems implementation / development projects
3) Business Partner to finance and non-finance managers
4) Created reporting dashboards in line with business requirements
5) Highly confident communicator
6) Team recruitment / leadership / training
7) Delivered high impact training on new systems
8) Ideally experienced with Open Accounts (Advance) finance systems
