Working in our Customer Service Centre, you will provide customers an efficient and friendly service.
As well as offering a customer service approach you will also make outgoing calls to current customers to maximise sales opportunities, and in turn this offers customers added value.
It is essential that you have previous experience in an office based sales or customer service role, with an excellent telephone manner. You will have good administration and IT skills as well as the can-do attitude to working to targets.
