We are currently recruiting an Area Manager to lead a team of careers advisers to deliver high quality IAG services in the community, schools and prisons.
As a key player in the Careers team you will also be responsible for identifying and maximising opportunities to extend delivery by actively promoting the service to new partners and potential delivery venues.
Additional responsibilities will include achieving key revenue KPIs, targets and objectives for the National Careers Service, schools and prison contracts and undertaking quality checks of both your team and sub-contractors to ensure they are performing to CXK and National Careers standards, particularly in relation to Matrix and Ofsted.
Previous management experience is essential and you will have proven experience in delivering results under pressure.
