Accounts Team Leader - £25,000



This record breaking company are looking for an Accounts Team leader to develop and support the Finance Team. The Role

The Team Leader will be tasked with supervising 2 Accounts Administration staff. You will oversee and perform a range of accounting tasks such as, purchasing, invoicing, payments, credit control and petty cash. As the Accounts Team Leader you be responsible for updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions. You will hold weekly 1-2-1's with the Accounts Admin staff whilst identifying training needs and support where needed.



The Candidate

The ideal Accounts Team Leader will be experienced in normal ledge accounting, competent in work, excel and outlook. It is desirable for the Accounts Team Leader to be AAT Qualified. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a self-motivated individual with a methodical mind set and strong problem solving skills.
