The role in a nutshell…

The Customer Experience Team (CEX) are responsible for supporting our customers when things go wrong and are there to get things back on track enabling them to have a truly “Hassle Free” experience.

We are the UK market leader in travel add-ons and are on a mission to invest in and amplify our brand to even more customers across the UK. The CEX Team are the custodians of our brand reputation by offering an outstanding aftercare service and meaningful engagement on social media and other online outlets to further amplify the Holiday Extras brand.

Behind every great product, is a great team which is why collaboration is vital at every step of the process; involving the team and external partners early for maximum results. as an inquisitive and customer focused individual you will engage and build strong relationships with our customers and use customer data to help improve the product experience.

As someone who demonstrates “being the best version of you” you’ll share your knowledge with others and champion high performance within the team, helping them achieve their development goals. Being “at the helm” of our Customer Experience Team, you’ll act as a point of contact across the business for any escalated complaints and use your brilliant coaching and management skills to drive the performance of our incredible Customer Experience Executives.

What we’re looking for:

A natural born leader; people want to work with you-you are someone who loves to get stuff done but has fun along the way
Someone who gets customer service and has played a leading part in creating a great customer experience.
Proven experience managing Customer Service Teams.
Experience implementing process improvement using data to influence your decisions.
An ability to balance the needs and requirements of the customer with the business requirements; driving the team to optimum performance.
You’re confident and capable in data analytics, you have the ability to interpret the data to inform processes
Experience in team management and development
You are a true innovator; someone who is never done, always improving
You are an effective communicator able to flex and adapt your style
