My client are seeking an additional full-time Property Solicitor (combining both residential and commercial properties) to join there busy and growing team, operating in central Tunbridge Wells with excellent transport links. My client actively promote within and really invest time and resources into their staff, ensuring success and continuous develop.

The successful candidate will have experience within residential and commercial property, and is able to prioritise there work load. You will have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, alongside an excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Duties include:

• Increase the fee of income.
• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of cases.
• Liaising with surveyors and property developers.
• Develop and maintain relationships.
• Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times.
