‘Improving People Lives’ is the strap-line for RBLI where we help individuals’ achieve their goals and aims in life. This includes delivering a range of courses and programmes that improves their skills and knowledge, allowing them to access the jobs and the life that they want.
To do this we are looking for qualified assessors/tutors to work for us on a self-employed/freelance basis, for a competitive rate + expenses, delivering:
•Employability skills
•Retail & Warehousing
•Customer Service
•Health & Social Care
•Health & Wellbeing
•Food Hygiene
•First Aid
•Health & Safety
•Functional Skills to level 2
•Any other specialist skills that can be bought to the team and that can make a difference to people’s lives and career paths
Learners are mostly unemployed and you will need to build positive relationships with both them and referral stakeholders locally to ensure volumes of learners are maintained and sustained and achieve their agreed goals.
Flexible approach to delivery across the subject areas and across different sites including, but not limited to, Chatham, Dartford, Tonbridge, Ashford, Margate, Folkestone, Dover.
Applicants should hold recognised qualifications and have experience/industry knowledge within the sector. Be able to teach from Entry Level 3 to Level 2.
Looking for immediate starts with long term work. It is essential for the Freelancer to be in possession of a current DBS check.
