Sunspot Tours & Mercury Holidays are looking for a well organised and motivated individual to join our IT and loading department to fill the position of Data Loading Assistant on a permanent contract.

Initially this will be a data loading position but in time will become a shared role with the IT support team. This is an ideal starter position for an individual looking for a career in technology.

Reporting to the department manager, duties will include but will not be restricted to;
Assisting with brochure costing.
Assisting with contract loading & checking.
Assisting with stopsale loading & checking.
Assisting with loading system adjustments & checking.
Assisting with updating hotel content on the company Intranet.

Full training will be provided, however, the successful candidate will need to be well organised, have acute attention to detail while being able to work to tight deadlines individually and as part of a team.

As this is a technical role, the successful candidate must be comfortable engaging with technology, mainly e-commerce platforms, excel knowledge is desirable.

The data loading role is vital to the smooth running of Sunspot Tours & Mercury Holidays.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with 1-hour Lunch interval.
