We are currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Product Lead to define and deliver digital strategy and solutions for a very successful company, based in Ashford. This senior level role will see you reporting into the Marketing Director and managing a team of Digital Marketers, Product Managers and Business Analysts. You will work with Senior stakeholders across the company.

The Digital Product Lead will keep abreast of developments in digital and the business environment. You will be an ambassador across the company and help build and implement new and innovative digital strategy and facilitate eCommerce growth, service and product differentiation through technology.

Furthermore, the role will also involve:
• Defining product visions for the wide portfolio of products in alignment with the digital strategy
• Develop and manage the product roadmap
• Work with the product team and project managers to align process changes and maximise uptake of digital products and solutions
• Capture user feedback and ideas to continuously improve processes and user experience
• Provide context and leadership to the company in the development of digital products and technology solutions
• Champion the customer and business value of a product-led approach to technology delivery, and build an understanding and buy-in across the business
• Working with Agile Project Managers and delivery teams, ensure effective planning and forecasting is maintained
• Ensure every defined feature or solution component has appropriate ‘definitions of done’, test and acceptance criteria in place, and that the processes to operationally support it
• Frequently inspect and adapt product management process to identify impediments and drive continuous improvement
