ASSISTANT MANAGER - AWARD WINNING FRESH FOOD PUB COMPANY
Kent, Basic salary of up to £20,000 plus tips
An exciting opportunity to join this award winning company at their popular gastro pub. Having been established for the past fourteen years they offer stability and terrific career opportunities as they continue to expand in the South East. They pride themselves on providing their guests with good fresh, locally sourced food, excellent beer and wine and exceptional customer service. They are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person with a love for great food who enjoys giving great customer service to strengthen the professional management team. This is a hands on role and you will be expected to assist the Manager in the daily running of the pub, managing staff and leading the team. You will need prior experience in a restaurant or pub environment, although further training would be given to develop your skills.
This is a growing group so there is always opportunity for career advancement.
The basic salary will be between £18 - £20,000 depending on experience, plus a share of very generous tips. There is also a discretionary bonus scheme, a staff loyalty scheme and a pension scheme.
