Highly successful Kent Accountancy Practice with a substantial and varied client base is now looking for an Accounts Senior to join them. This is a career development position for an ambitious accountant who is seeking progression to partnership.

The role as an Accounts Senior will involve you in a full range of services: accounts preparation, taxation, audit work and client development. The client base is made up of some substantial organisations, many owner managed businesses, sole traders and high net-worth individuals. The ability to provide high quality technical support is essential, but must be matched with strong communication skills and a real interest in existing and potential clients.

The suitable candidate must have:
• ACCA/ ACA qualification
• Extensive practice work experience
• Good up to date technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and be able to nurture relationships with clients
• Ability to take responsibility for all aspects of technical work
• Good IT experience including practice management software, Sage and Xero.
• The ability to drive
