We are currently recruiting a Regional Manager to lead the Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) delivery teams across Kent and Sussex.
As a key player within the organisation, you will be responsible for growing and developing the National Careers Service across Kent and Sussex, supported by a team of 4 Area Managers who you will effectively manage to ensure that staff meet their objectives whilst delivering a high quality IAG service.
Additional responsibilities will include the effective management of subcontractors, working closely with the Quality and Compliance Manager to maintain the Matrix and Merlin standards and leading the team to identify new and innovative opportunities for partnership working to ensure the needs of the contract priority and non-priority groups are met.
Extensive senior management experience is essential and you will have proven experience in delivering results under pressure.
