We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic, reliable individual to take on this challenging and dynamic role within the Talent and Organisational Development department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing management of the Operations training needs, as well as management of the Apprenticeship Programme and Competent Operator Scheme.
There will be some adhoc internal delivery required as part of the role e.g. Water Hygiene, SHEA and manual handling and full training will be provided. You will also be required to assist the Talent and Organisational Development Specialist with adhoc project work, particularly where there is an impact on Operations.
Membership of the CIPD is desirable and experience of working in an Organisational Development, L&D or HR Department is essential for this role. We are looking for excellent communication skills and effective writing skills. Proven training experience and Project Management skills are desirable, but we welcome applicants who would like the opportunity to be developed into this role.
The successful candidate will be required to work between 30 - 37 hours per week. If the successful candidate chooses to work part time hours, the salary will adjusted accordingly.
