They are a young, vibrant, exciting, and rapidly growing property management company.  Based in Rochester within the Medway Towns, with a substantial portfolio mainly in Kent, we are now looking to expand across the wider South East region.  They work with both landlords and letting agents, maintaining and servicing their stock along with our own.  The company regularly buy new homes, delivering exciting and challenging refurbishments and redevelopments through the planning system.  They are market leaders in the provision of diverse accommodation models to local authorities, often assisting homeless or challenging households.  Tackling every aspect of property management with our inhouse staff, we are looking for the right people to join us and help us move forward with our ambitious growth strategy.

The Role


Creating targeted and industry specific marketing & PR campaigns to promote the services offered


Review sector / industry related outlets, titles and websites and plan suitable magazine and online adverts, advertorials and editorials. Adobe Photoshop skills desirable but not essential.


Planning, organising and promoting all aspects of attendance at exhibitions, events and shows.


Creating, reviewing and updating existing website content, products, images and industry sectors, ensuring maximum SEO benefit.


Creating content and building followers for the company social media accounts.


Maintaining and updating the company CRM database to reach target audience with relevant mailshots. Creating content via in-house mailshot designer, creating auto-responder campaigns and planning specific subjects on a by-industry basis.


Work closely with Sales Team to target specific prospects and industries. Reaching cold prospects and progressing relationship with warm leads.


Budget Management – track all marketing expenditure for year, making recommendations for activity to be added or removed. Plan marketing spend for subsequent years.


Report all marketing activity in monthly board meeting.
