Overview X:drive Computing Limited are based in the heart of Canterbury City Centre, in newly built premises since November 2015. Our location enables us to access the high-speed rail link to Europe and London, as well as a vast array of shopping and great restaurants within the city walls.
Over the past 10 years we have built two online HR-based products, which are now consumed in over 65 countries and have a large expanding user base in industries from Television and Broadcasting, Healthcare, Retail and lots more.
We are seeking a 1st Line Support Advisor to join our expanding team. Once you have familiarised yourself with your new working environment, getting used to our support systems and established your own tea/coffee mug (these are supplied!), we would expect you to learn the products that you will be supporting, this is something all employees must do as we work as a team to support our products.
As a Support Advisor, you will learn the functionality and abilities of our flagship products, WhosOff and WhosOffice, and be able to demonstrate to potential and existing clients. You will work alongside the product development team to discuss future additions to the service that will benefit our customers. You will also be required to complete testing of new features locally and feedback to the team.
This role includes communication via email, pc (online) and telephone, you will need to have solid experience with clients and a good business acumen to succeed in this role.
At X:drive, we do not believe, nor want anyone to rush trying to get work done, we believe in doing things the right way. Because of this culture, we do not expect you to know our products, nor support them when you first walk through the door. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate skills, but mostly their desire to work within our established team and willingness to continually develop both professionally and personally.
Must haves - Good numeracy skills
- Customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills, by phone, email and face-to-face
- Comfortable with a PC environment, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A confident individual with the ability to demonstrate the product via telephone, and online
- Knowledge of the web (either as a hobby or experience)
- Possess the ability to work individually and as part of a team
- A desire to help grow our flagship products
