URGENT NEW PERMANENT ROLE.
Our long standing, globally successful client is looking to recruit an additional Graduate Support Analyst to join its team supporting major corporate clients.
Ideally degree educated with a degree in Computer Science, IT or an IT/analytical degree with some SQL skills. You must be articulate with good interpersonal skills. Previous successful candidates have been degree educated with customer facing experience in some capacity.
Any experience of ITIL, SLA's, application support an advantage but the role is a graduate one and will involve interaction with other IT teams
