POSITION SUMMARY
Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the AAG payrolls.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Accountabilities and duties):
• Accurate and efficient processing of starters and leavers
• Assisting with payroll queries
• Ensuring payroll data from departments across the group are gathered in a timely manner
• Calculation of time-sheets
• Assisting with the monthly reconciliations of pension reports – Auto Enrolment
• Assisting with communications between head office and PAs/Staff
• Updating employee records monthly
• Statement of earnings request
• Annual Leave updates
• General ad hoc payroll tasks
• Assisting payroll team with projects
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of Sage Payroll (desirable)
• Good Excel skills
• Good Microsoft office skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 1-2 Years Payroll Experience preferred (not necessary)
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
SALARY
£21,000 +
Pension Scheme
22 Days holiday + bank holidays
