We are looking for Customer Service Assistants to provide front-line customer support for our knitting and crochet ecommerce shop, The Knitting Network. Working within a small and friendly team, the ideal candidates will have a keen interest in knitting, an enthusiastic personality, as well as experience of working in a customer facing retail environment.
The role will include the following key duties:
- Taking customer orders over the telephone
- Assisting customers with queries relating to their orders on the telephone
- Responding to and assisting customers with queries via email and social media

Our customer service team are central to this success, they are helpful, friendly and professional in everything that they do and are 100% committed to delivering great customer satisfaction levels.
