Voids & Lettings Officer
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £22,983 to £28,729 per annum plus Car Allowance
Length of contract: 6 months

We are seeking a Voids & Lettings Officer to join our team. You will provide advice to our customers in relation to waiting lists and choice-based lettings schemes. The ideal candidate will have an awareness of Landlord and Tenant legislation and previous experience of working within a similar role, experience of working within housing is desirable but not essential.

Candidates require excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with our customers, external partners and colleagues across the business. You will have worked with MS Office and have previous experience of using databases. The role requires significant travel therefore candidates will require a full clean driving licence and appropriate transport.
