The South of England Rare Breeds Centre is a busy tourist attraction with more than 130,000 visitors a year, supporting the work of the Canterbury Oast Trust, a leading local charity providing first class care and support for adults with learning disabilities across Kent and East Sussex.

We are looking to appoint a VISITOR ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR to join our team at the Rare Breeds Centre. This is a permanent full time post based on 37.5 hours per week worked over five days across Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.

As VISITOR ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR you will work closely with the Head of Visitor Engagement and support the efficient and compliant running of Canterbury Oast Trust\'s \'Rare Breeds Centre\' visitor attraction and provide a welcoming reception service for the the charity.

You will need:

o Previous experience working in a customer facing role or visitor attraction
o Advanced skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
o Be confident at speaking to and interacting with the public and school aged children
o A friendly and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills in a similar tourist environment.
