JobsInKent.com are looking to recruit a full-time Candidate Relations Assistant to assist in helping promote our rapidly growing websites.
The candidate must be willing to learn and in return will receive industry leading training for their role. Perfect role for school leavers.
The role will be office based in Maidstone where you will be responsible for contacting candidates by telephone to assist with their recruitment journey.
The position requires someone with huge drive, ambition and confidence in their abilities. You must be good on the telephone, be able to think on your feet and work well to targets.
Day to day activities will include:
- Contacting candidates for comments on their job search
- Recommend jobs the candidates can apply for
- Sourcing candidates from new sources
We have four county leading Job boards which have been established for over ten years and have launched our fifth one this January.
In return we offer a competitive salary, team days out to celebrate successful months and free gym membership to a local high end gym.
