SLGM (Specialist Lead Generation & Marketing) are an insurance lead generation comparison provider primarily for commercial insurance across the UK.

We are a growing business where expanding our call centre is our primary aim.
We believe in an open and friendly atmosphere whilst maintaining a professional approach to our work. We have built good relationships with our clients through industry leading customer experience and are recognised by our broker clients for providing high standards of customer care. Successful applicants will be required to maintain the bench mark standards we have achieved.

This job is ideally suited to someone of a positive disposition that is confident with people and on the phone as well as being performance and money driven.

Remuneration will be basic hourly rate for you age bracket + bonus from month 1. Commission on transfers will commence after completing 3 months of employment. Pay for those hitting target is typically above the standard level of pay for our industry.

Job Description
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Call hot data generated from our various trading styles and transfer it to our relevant broker partners.
- Take inbound calls, generate a record and transfer accordingly.
- Contact renewal data from the previous year with the intention of finding them competitive insurance policies.

We are NOT a 'cold call' based call centre. All data contacted will be relevant and ready for processing.

Applicants should be:
- Self motivated
- Friendly and customer experience orientated
- Previous call centre experience is an advantage but not essential
- Reliable and wanting to work
- Able to work within a driven team

Skills Required
- Computer literate
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
