Expense Reduction Analysts is a leading global B2B consulting business based in West Malling, Kent. Our company is a UK based franchise organisation who has successfully expanded operations in 35 countries worldwide over the last 25 years. We currently have a network of over 450 franchise partners in Europe and are looking for an energetic, positive and motivated individual to join our EMEA Support Team based in West Malling, Kent.

We are looking for a professional, organized and self-motivated individual to take on this new role which will involve the management of multiple sales initiatives and projects as well as general administrative duties. The right candidate will coordinate different work groups, organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, support and drive internal and external sales and marketing initiatives across multiple industries and countries.

As the ‘Sales and Marketing Coordinator EMEA’, you will report to and work directly with the Chief Sales Officer EMEA as well as with the Global Marketing team and our network of Country Managers to provide sales leadership and support to over 450 consultants in 20 European countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support our multiple Industry Teams / Vertical Sales Teams with targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
• Work closely with the Chief Sales Officer and Global Marketing Director on all sales and marketing activities.
• Work closely with the European Country Managers in assisting business development and sales support activities.
• Manage CRM tools for client development.
• Prepare and attend internal and external meetings and conferences.
• Data extraction/queries from internal databases and preparation of sales reports.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• First relevant experience in sales (ideally of complex solutions).
• Business Development/Sales personality.
• Experience in a professional B2B or consulting environment.
• Experience achieving and maintaining high levels of results.
• Strong relationship-development skills.
• Success in cross-functional/matrixed implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within the UK and Europe.
• Goal-oriented sales professional with discipline to work independently.
• Ability to implement and roll out collaboration tools and team support procedures.
• Professional written and verbal communication in English and preferably one other European language.
• Must demonstrate a high-level of accommodation and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment of constant change; ability to perform well under pressure and deadlines.
• The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but also a strong team player.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Desire to consistently grow and develop your career.
• Ethics and integrity of the highest degree.
• Always professional, polite and friendly.
• Must be able to influence others, identify and overcome objections.
• Must have a positive, can do attitude.
• Able to grasp concepts quickly and communicate effectively across team members.
• Proactive problem solving, solutions oriented.
• Proven proficiency in Office 365 suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, other.
• Proven proficiency in use of CRMs or internal Management Systems.
