Laughland Jones is an established architectural interior design company, which works in the HNWI sector to property in the French and Swiss Alps as well as the UK. They are looking for a marketing and business development expert to help expansion.

The role is split into two branches: business development and marketing. The role requires flexibility to travel both in the UK and Europe.

Laughland Jones is looking for an highly organised, efficient and motivated individual to take the reins of this role and make it their own. It is important for applicants to be customer facing and personable for interaction with clients, introducers and for integration into a lively team.

JOB ROLE:
Business Development
• Managing the company’s CRM systems
• Investigating and contacting new business opportunities and contacts and arranging meetings
• Aiding the creation of pitch material
• Maintaining and enhancing relations with introducers and potential/ existing clients


Marketing Manager
• Manage all social media accounts: across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Create and send out monthly newsletters
• Website development and management
• Photography shoot organisation, attending and editing
• PR and advertising
• Organise, purchase and send marketing incentivised gifts for clients and introducers
• Creating and updating print material on behalf of the company
• Some Graphic Design and managing of graphic design


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• 2:1 degree or higher
• French language (desired but not essential)
• Proficient InDesign and Photoshop
• 2 + year’s work experience
• Experience in Marketing, Business Development and/ or Property
• Gregarious, presentable and a flexible approach to all challenges

Must hold a valid UK passport and driving licence
