We have a unique opportunity for an exceptional leader to join the YGAM senior leadership team. In a demanding role and working within an agile start-up charity, we are looking for somebody who can drive our geographical reach, foster long-standing relationships with key stakeholders and lead a team with entrepreneurial conviction to maximise the charities social impact. The post is full-time with a starting salary of £32,000 with the potential to rise based on performance.

The post holder will be expected to own YGAM’s Education strategy and build upon its foundation to position and extend YGAM’s reach across the United Kingdom. The post holder will be accountable for the delivery of the strategy and for galvanizing the passion and enthusiasm of the team to exceed delivery targets. We are seeking somebody who has an outgoing and confident personality and who enjoys engaging with senior leaders from formal and non-formal education sectors including academy leaders and leaders from national third sector organisations. We are also seeking somebody with accomplished fundraising / income generation skills to help us raise the income needed for the Education strategy to realise its potential. Being highly organised, having an absolute eye for detail and the drive and determination to make this opportunity a success within a start-up organisation are critical qualities.

Location: Work from home / national role with significant travel.
