Role Responsibilities Include
 Manipulating large data sets in SQL to glean new information to help better understand our customers
 Resource analysis and forecasting
 Customer interaction analysis
 Liaising with key stakeholders across the business
 Controlling and coding communications between the bank and our customers via SMS and Email
 Devising and implementing smarter solutions in our customer contact strategy

Essential
 A recent (or soon-to-be) graduate who has achieved (or is expected to achieve) a 2:1 or better in a highly numerate subject from a top university (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance etc.)
 A proven track record of exceptional numeracy skills
 Willing to re-locate to Kent
 The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all seniorities
 Enthusiastic, hard-working, technically minded, with ambition and drive
 A willingness to learn
Bonus points if you have:
 Experience using SQL
 Excel experience (V-Lookups, pivot tables etc.)
 Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI
