Role Responsibilities Include
Manipulating large data sets in SQL to glean new information to help better understand our customers
Resource analysis and forecasting
Customer interaction analysis
Liaising with key stakeholders across the business
Controlling and coding communications between the bank and our customers via SMS and Email
Devising and implementing smarter solutions in our customer contact strategy

Essential
A recent (or soon-to-be) graduate who has achieved (or is expected to achieve) a 2:1 or better in a highly numerate subject from a top university (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance etc.)
A proven track record of exceptional numeracy skills
Willing to re-locate to Kent
The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all seniorities
Enthusiastic, hard-working, technically minded, with ambition and drive
A willingness to learn
Bonus points if you have:
Experience using SQL
Excel experience (V-Lookups, pivot tables etc.)
Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI
Don’t be put off if you don’t hit all the bonus criteria – we’ll train you up in no time!
