The company are looking for an individual to head up their customer service team at their Hever site. It is a beautiful location in a newly built, unconventional office plan which is open plan and built especially for purpose.
Duties range from training new staff members, to taking leadership of the small sized team (6 members), to take a hands-on approach where needed and ensuring every single team member delivers the highest level of customer service therein maintaining the exceptional record and reputation of the organisation.
Upper level management are lovely and will guide you exactly through their early expectations. They are looking for a sparky, energetic individual with a personality and people skills to really drive the success of the company and make the role their own.
The company have grown exponentially year on year since their formation over 10 years ago.
