Our Maidstone/Kings Hill based client has an exciting new role recruiting due to growth.

Huntress are currently recruiting for a Claims Operation Manager to join our client on a permanent basis, duties of the role include but are not limited to:

* Being responsible for claims turnaround through a Team Leader who is responsible for the allocation of claim files to the claims handlers on a daily basis.
* Oversee the the administration team through the team leader to ensure they are within SLA's
* Monitoring the turnaround times and identifying when there is potential of a turnaround in the agreed service levels.
* Managing via the team leader the performance of the contact team to ensure the call quality is high and SLA's are met.
* Focusing on seamless customer experience as well as ensuring the team is full filling their duties.
