We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to be responsible for the day to day facilities management of Ashford Leisure Trust facilities delivering a high level of maintenance and facility presentation in compliance with contract requirements. You will also be responsible for all health and safety aspects for the trust and maintain a comprehensive quality procedure system. You will need to have very high standards both personally and professionally and be comfortable managing staff and controlling budgets. This position is full time and you will need to be flexible according to the needs of the business.
The successful candidate will need to monitor contractor’s performance and liaise with the client regarding maintenance and contractual obligations, facility refurbishments and energy efficient initiatives.
As part of the role you will be required to have knowledge of swimming pool and spa plant operations and ideally hold a CIMSPA Pool Plant Operators qualification. Although training is provided.
The post holder will report directly to the Centre Manager.
