Contact Centre Team Leader - Kings Hill

Salary: £22,000

Hours: 40 hours per week

As the contact Team Leader you will be responsible and a leader of a team by handling all verbal and electronic written communication with customers, as well as being a senior point of contact for TFI's clients. You will offer support to the claims management team by handling telephone and email complaints and reporting them when needed.

Duties:

* Following up customer queries and dealing with queries via telephone, web chat and email.
* Handling broker and client queries.
* Reporting and actioning same day complaints.
* Operating the eclaims system.
* Under take any day to day duties that may be required for a smooth running of the office.
* Responsible for progression, training and day to day management of their team.
* Take part in team reviews and report back on QA.

* Leadership and Mentoring skills
* Good communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to build relationships with clients and brokers
* To be able to carry out the following PC skills - word, outlook (essential), excel (desired)
* Be an effective team player.
* Have good attention to detail and work accurately to deadlines.
