Let’s get down to the nitty gritty;
As a Consultant, you will responsible for a ‘360’ recruitment role, working alongside the Director with well-known businesses in Kent and London to source talent for their finance teams. This will generally involve managing candidate requirements, sourcing candidates for vacancies, as well as selling our services to potential clients. This a hot desk with vacancies to work on immediately.
Detailed duties include;
• Managing the recruitment process from end to end including taking the detailed brief, sourcing candidates, presenting CVs, co-ordinating interviews, managing job offers, candidate aftercare post placement
• Taking detailed client vacancy briefs and sourcing candidates for vacancies that match the client requirements
• Candidate attraction via networking, job boards, advertising
• Face to face meetings with candidates for registration and compliance purposes
• Developing new business through meetings, sales calls and networking
• Researching/mapping out new markets and businesses
• Account management meetings and calls to existing clients
• Writing copy for advertising
• Updating CRM system
• Adhoc administration and project work
• Attending relevant industry events

We are not a corporate so will not whip you with KPI’s or unrealistic revenue targets. Instead we reward hard work with an uncapped commission structure with £0 threshold.
Ideally, candidates will have gained some relevant experience from within a recruitment role although for the right person and attitude, training will be given.
