As an Apprentice within the Retail department at OSB, you will gain fantastic insight and experience in financial services whilst we support you to achieve your Business Administration qualification (Level 3).
This role will offer you the chance to support our Savings Proposition function by:
• Assisting the Savings Proposition Manager with all the management and development of savings product and proposition initiatives
• Completing administration of product management
• Investigating and resolving any customer concerns
• Providing analysis on consumer and competitor market data
• Taking minutes when necessary

Our requirements:
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn the department from the ground up
• A keen interest in a long term career within a Financial Services environment
• Self-motivation and initiative to suggest improvements and interact confidently with all departments
• Determination to learn and develop new skills, with the long term aim to progress
• Minimum GSCE’s (Grade 4 or above) in Mathematics or English
