Inbound & Outbound Sales Advisors required: good commission!

Customer Service is a vital part of the business, setting strategic objectives to ensure customers receive exceptional service. The team consists of highly skilled individuals who provide technical information to customers.
Working in our Customer Service Centre, you will provide customers an efficient and friendly service. You will handle enquiries from customers, update databases and resolve situations effectively.
As well as offering a customer service approach you will also make outgoing calls to customers to maximise sales opportunities, and in turn this offers customers added value.
It is essential that you have previous experience in an office based sales or customer service role, with an excellent telephone manner. You will have good administration and IT skills as well as the can-do attitude to working to targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career in a growing organisation.
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm
