Due to an increase in trade The Black Horse Inn are looking to recruit additional part and full time waiting staff to start with immediate effect. Hours do vary from 20 - 45 per week and will include evenings and weekends. The hourly rate for over 21 years old is £8.00 per hour, over 25 £8.25 to include gratuities which for full time staff can be up to £60 per week. We are looking for someone with fantastic service skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to give great customer service to our restaurant and B&B guests. Shifts can also include breakfast service at some points when busy.
Previous customer service is a bonus but full training will also be given, just an enthusiastic attitude and wiliness to work.
As a family run business we do not open on Christmas Day and only for lunch on Boxing day.
We work on a 4 week rota with one weekend off per month and 3-4 nights off per week.
You will also receive 5.5 weeks paid holiday per year and pension scheme enrolment if eligible.
Due to our countryside location own transport is essential and we are not on any public transport routes.
