Recruitment & Onboarding HR Partner upto £60,000
Our client, a Lloyds Broker, is looking to recruit someone to join their HR team on a 12 month CONTRACT basis to deal with Recruitment and Onboarding based in the City. The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate recruitment activity, liaising with agencies, hiring managers and candidates. Also, implementing professional onboarding to facilitate fast and effective transitions into the company.
KEY DUTIES:
- Work with HR team and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
- Clarify and understand Job vacancies and descriptions
- Attract and source relevant candidates for recruitment
- Advertise vacancies using various social media platforms,
- Liaise with chosen agencies to brief and provide relevant materials
- Review candidates CV's and screen them against job requirements
- Liaise with hiring managers and Agencies to discuss suitable candidates and arrange interviews
- Identify and promote apprentice opportunities
- Manage and create long-term training and supervision plans
- Handle candidate offers including preparing offer packs, contracts and documentation
- Review and enhance onboarding processes to integrate new staff into the company effectively.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience within an in-house HR/ Recruitment function
- Knowledge and experience using social media platforms in regards to recruitment
- Experience with implementing effective onboarding
- Knowledge of insurance/ broking/ Lloyds market - ADVANTAGEOUS
- CIPD qualified - PREFFERED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
