My client are a prestigious Main Contractor in the heart of Kent, that are looking to grow their Building Services team by bringing on board a new Building Services Manager for their Aylesford based office.

You will have a huge focus on Pre-construction duties, reviewing designs and tender documents, receiving and reviewing Sub-contractor applications / tenders and value engineering where possible.

Currently their project pipeline consists of New Build Schools, Healthcare Projects and Offices / Commercial builds.

Duties:

* Pre-tender meetings
* Review Tenders
* Review M&E designs
* Technical specification reviews
* Client facing duties
* Sub-contractor appointment
* Value Engineering
* Commissioning plans
* Managing the commissioning process
* Handover
* Review O&Ms

Package:

* £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
* £5500 to £6000 car allowance
* Matched Pension
