A Marcomms Manager is required to join a growing organisation based in Thanet.

The incoming candidate will be chiefly responsible to developing an integrated communications strategy for the firm's growing pool of clients.

A skilled communicator (written and verbal), the incoming candidate will be have a proven background within diverse marketing communications and be able to work effectively, autonomously.

Further accountabilities include:

* Establish and implement proactive and reactive communications in support of the firm's priorities and plans;
* Collating and analysing current communications and messages, ensuring consistency in all aspects of messaging and client brand usage;
* Ensure that any PR and/or social messaging is aligned with business objectives and plans;
* Serve as liaison in support of both PR and marketing activities;
* Work with other team members to ensure stories are shared on relevant communication channels;
* To keep up-to-date a clear set of brand and style guidelines, ensuring that the guidelines are adhered too across all areas;
* Proof-read all material prior to release to ensure high quality communication through the proper use of British English or American English within client documents.
