Busy and varied role as the face and voice of a well established local company! The company are looking for a receptionist to start 27.08!!!!
You need to- be well presented, have strong communication skills (written and verbally), have access to Tonbridge, be ready to start immediately!
This is a super role in a company that pride themselves on their positive company ethos and reputation for exceptional standard of staff, client and customer treatment.
Day to day duties;
- General meet and greet
- Telephone answering
- Dealing with customer queries - face to face, verbally and via email
- Liaising with staff members (all friendly and welcoming)
- Get involved in admin duties where needed
